EASY CHEZEE QUICHE LORRAINE


Ingredients:

1/4 cup PUREFOODS CLASSIC BACON HONEYCURED , cooked and chopped
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
12 pc sliced bread
parsley sprigs for garnish

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, combine bacon and Cheezee Squeeze, whole eggs, and all purpose cream. Mix well.
  2. Put white bread in 12 muffin cups.
  3. Pour 2 tbsp. of filling on prepared bread cups. Bake at 400°F or 200°C for 20 minutes.
  4. Transfer to cupcake liners then serve on a platter.
  5. Top with sprigs of parsley before serving.
Makes 6 servings.
