DUBU KIMCHI


Ingredients:

1 (60 g) pc tokwa, cubed
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED
1 (100 g) pc white onion, chopped
1 stalk leek, chopped
200 grams MONTEREY PORK, sliced
1 (200 g) pack kimchi
1 head garlic, chopped
1 tbsp Gojuchang (hot pepper sauce)
1 pc finger chili (siling haba)
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dashida
1 tsp soy sauce

Procedure:

  1. Boil bean curd with water over low heat for 5 minutes. Drain and transfer onto a hot plate.
  2. In a heated pan, sauté onion, leek and pork in sesame oil for 3 minutes or until fragrant.
  3. Add kimchi and the rest of the seasonings.
  4. Let simmer then pour over bean curd.
Makes 2-3 servings. Tips: In replacement of dashida, you can use hondashi or 1 piece chicken/beef bouillon
