Crispy Chicken With Cheese And Mustard Sauce

Procedure:

  1. Mix cornstarch and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat each piece of chicken with egg whites then dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Deep-fry and set aside.
  3. Sauce: In a pan, heat butter and add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes or until thick. Pour sauce over chicken or serve on the side.
