Crema Ala Ron (rum Cream Filling) By Chef Sylvia Reynoso Gala


  1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, beat in cream cheese, Cinnamon and rum.
  2. Continue beating until well blended then add in very cold Magnolia All Purpose Cream. Scoop filling into shells then refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Top with any fruit of your choice.
  4. Garnish with slivered almonds
