CREAMY SAUSAGE JAMBALAYA


Ingredients:

1 (100 g) bar DARI CRÈME CLASSIC
1 cup sliced canned button mushrooms, drained
6 pc PUREFOODS CHEESE FRANKS, sliced
1 (250 g) pack spaghetti sauce
1 (250 mL) pack MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
4 cups packed cooked rice

Procedure:

  1. Melt margarine in a pan or wok then sauté mushrooms and franks.
  2. Add spaghetti sauce and bring to a boil.
  3. Add cream then bring to a simmer and mix well.
  4. Add rice and mix well. Serve.
Makes 4 servings.
