CRAB MENACE BEEF SANDWICHES


Ingredients:

1/2 kg MONTEREY BREAKFAST STEAKS
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
3 tbsp cooking oil
4 pc croissants, halved
8 pc green olives with pimientos
8 pc black olives
8 pc curly lettuce leaves
3 pc salad tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup tomato ketchup

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, combine beef, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Marinate for at least 20 minutes in the chiller.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, pan-fry beef in oil until cooked. Do not overcook. Set aside beef covered with foil to avoid losing moisture.
  3.   Using toothpicks, place 2 pieces of either green or black olives on the top portion of the croissant to resembles as “eyes”. Place 2 pieces lettuce and 2 slices of tomatoes on each bread. Add in equal amounts of beef for all sandwiches. Drizzle some ketchup on top then cover with the other sliced bread with olives.

Makes 4 servings.
