CORNED BEEF PATTY


Ingredients:

1 (150 g) can PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF
200 grams potatoes, peeled then grated
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG
3 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
3/4 tsp iodized fine salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
3 tbsp cooking oil for frying

Procedure:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except oil.
  2. Form every 1/4 cup (60 g) of the mixture into patties and pan-fry in hot oil for 3 minutes per side.
  3. Serve with Kaiser or hamburger buns.
