Corned Beef Monte Cristo Sandwich

Procedure:

  1. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of the bread slices.
  2. Top with corned beef and cover with another piece of bread. Beat egg and milk in a small bowl.
  3. Dip the sandwich into the egg and milk mixture.
  4. Heat a greased skillet over medium heat. Brown the sandwich on both sides. Serve hot.
