CORNED BEEF MAC N' CHEESE


Ingredients:

1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SPREAD
2 (250 mL each) packs MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
1 tsp iodized rock salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 (210 g) can PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF
1/4 kg elbow macaroni, cooked according to package directions
1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Procedure:

  1. In a deep saucepot, combine butter, cheezee, cream, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat while constantly mixing until mixture simmers.
  2. Add corned beef and macaroni. Mix well.
  3. Transfer to a casserole. Top with parsley.
Makes 5 servings.
