CORNED BEEF, CHEESE AND CHILI SPRING ROLLS



Ingredients:

12 pc green chilies (siling haba)
1 (210 g) can PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF HASH
1 (160 g) pack MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, cut into strips
12 pc lumpia wrappers
2 cups cooking oil for frying

Aoili Sauce

1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/3 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE

Procedure:

  1. On a chopping board, cut chili lengthwise, keeping the stem intact. Scrape the white part and discard the seeds.
  2. Stuff with a tablespoon of corned beef and a strip of cheese.
  3. Wrap in lumpia wrapper to form spring rolls with stem protruding on one side.
  4. Deep-fry until golden brown. Drain excess oil on paper towels. Serve with aioli sauce.
  5. Aioli sauce: In a clean bowl, mix garlic powder, minced garlic, parsley and mayonnaise together. Blend well. Transfer to a serving dish and serve with prepared spring rolls.

Makes 12 pieces.
