COLD CUTS PLATTER CARPACCIO-STYLE


Ingredients:

1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup prepared horseradish
1 (200 grams) pack PUREFOODS PREMIUM COLD CUTS COOKED SALAMI
1 (200 grams) pack PUREFOODS PREMIUM COLD CUTS BOLOGNA
1 (200 grams) pack PUREFOODS PREMIUM COLD CUTS SPICED HAM
1 bunch watercress or arugula salad leaves
3 tbsp ground black pepper to taste
1 (3.5 oz.) bottle large capers, drained
120 grams parmesan cheese, shaved
lemon wedges
1 pc fresh baguette, sliced very thinly

Procedure:

  1. Combine mustard and horseradish in a bowl. Chill.
  2. Prepare a bed of watercress or arugula on a platter. Arrange the cold cuts alternating each variant.
  3. Drizzle with oil and season with pepper. Sprinkle with capers and shaved cheese.
  4. Add a squeeze of lemon right before serving. Serve with mustard-horseradish dip and baguette slices.

Makes 10-12 servings.
