CHRISTMAS STUFFED CHICKEN


Ingredients:

1 pc WHOLE MAGNOLIA CHICKEN, deboned

STUFFING:

1/4 cup DARI CREME CLASSIC
1/4 cup pineapple jam
1 pc apple, coarsely chopped (approximately 1 cup)
1/2 cup pitted then chopped prunes
1/2 cup chopped nuts of choice
1 pc white onion, chopped (approximately 3/4 cup)
4-5 stalks Chinese celery, chopped (approximately 1/2 cup)
1/4 cup raisins, soaked in 2 tbsp water
4 pc white bread, cubed (approximately 2 cups)
2 tsp iodized fine salt
1 tsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients for stuffing in a big bowl. Stuff boneless chicken with prepared mixture and surround with remaining stuffing.
  3. Truss chicken legs together and roast for 1 hour.

Makes 6 servings

Tip: You can also cook the chicken in a turbo broiler set at 350°F for 1 hour.
