CHRISTMAS HAM GLAZE

GLAZE

1	bottle	CERVEZA NEGRA
1/2	L	unsweetened pineapple juice
1 (250 g)	pack	frozen strawberries
2	pc	cinnamon bark
1/2	cup	brown sugar
1/2	cup	MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED

Procedure:

Combine cerveza negra, pineapple juice, strawberries, cinnamon bark and brown sugar in a saucepan. Simmer for 25 minutes over low heat.
Turn off heat then add butter. Stir until butter melts. Pour on ham before serving.

Makes 10-12 servings.
