Chocolate Ice Cream Pie

Procedure:

  1. Prepare two 9-inch pans.
  2. In a bowl, combine melted butter, sugar and graham crackers. Mix well. Divide mixture into 2 pans. Press mixture firmly to bottom of each pan. Chill until set.
  3. Divide ice cream into two and fill each prepared pan with vanilla ice cream first. Spread evenly then top with chocolate ice cream.
  4. Garnish with chocolate curls and whipped cream. Freeze until set.

Makes 16-20 servings.
