Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Combine cookie crumbs and margarine. Press onto 9” round pan. Set aside.
  3. Beat cream cheese at low speed for 30 seconds. Add sugar and beat at low speed for another 30 seconds. Add eggs one at a time with 30 seconds interval in between each addition. Add sour cream and the vanilla flavoring. Fold in flour then chocolates. Pour over the crust.
  4. Bake baine-marie* for about 55 minutes or until firm on the sides but still soft in the center.
  5. Let cool before removing from pan. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream and mint leaves.

*Baine marie: hot water bath
