CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE

- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Combine cookie crumbs and margarine. Press onto 9” round pan. Set aside.
- Beat cream cheese at low speed for 30 seconds. Add sugar and beat at low speed for another 30 seconds. Add eggs one at a time with 30 seconds interval in between each addition. Add sour cream and the vanilla flavoring. Fold in flour then chocolates. Pour over the crust.
- Bake baine-marie* for about 55 minutes or until firm on the sides but still soft in the center.
- Let cool before removing from pan. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream and mint leaves.
*Baine marie: hot water bath
