CHICKEN RICE BENTO


Ingredients:

1 (240 grams) pack PUREFOODS CHICK N’ JUICY DRUMMETS
2 cups cooking oil, for deep-frying
1/2 cup STAR MARGARINE CLASSIC
1 bundle curly lettuce
2 cups cooked rice
100 grams blanched baguio beans
2 pc tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup corn kernels, cooked
1/2 cup green peas, cooked
2 slices yellow colored cheese, any variant
2 slices white colored cheese, any variant
watermelon

Procedure:

  1. Deep-fry drummets in hot oil. Drain excess oil on paper towels. Set aside.
  2. Melt margarine in a pan. Toss in rice. Set aside.
  3. Line lettuce in a bento box. Add rice on one side then add drummets on the other. Top rice with baguio beans. Place tomatoes beside the drummets and top with green peas then surround with corn kernels to form a flower.
  4. Using a cutter, slice cheese and place on top of the rice. Serve with watermelon.
Makes 2 servings.
