CHICKEN NACHO SALAD


Ingredients:

100 grams lettuce (Romaine or Iceberg), shredded
4 pc tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup canned corn kernels, drained
2 (180 g) each PUREFOODS CHICKEN IN BROTH, drained
1/2 cup grated MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE
1/2 cup store-bought sour cream
1/2 cup store-bought salsa
1 pack nacho chips

Procedure:

1. Arrange lettuce, tomatoes, corn and Sexy Chix on a platter. 2. Fill bowls with cheezee, sour cream and salsa. 3. Fill another bowl with nacho chips. Serve family style. Makes 5 servings. Tip: Choose thick tortilla chips that can take the weight of the toppings. Restaurant-style chips are best and don’t sog easily.
