CHICKEN, MUSHROOMS AND ARTICHOKES PANINI


Ingredients:

1 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED
1 (50 g) pc onion, cut into rings
1 (70 g) cup sliced fresh button mushrooms or 1 (198 g) can mushrooms pieces and stems, drained
1 (400 g) can artichokes, drained
5 pc ciabatta bread
1/2 (115 g) cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1/4 kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION BREAST, steamed and sliced
1/2 pack grated MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE
1/2 pack grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE

Procedure:

  1. Melt butter in a saute pan and sauté onion, mushrooms and artichokes. Set aside.
  2. Cut bread lengthwise and spread mayonnaise then add some pieces of chicken
  3. Top with sauteed vegetables and sprinkle with cheese. Grill or toast in a sandwich griller. Serve.
