CHICKEN-KANI SALAD WITH SESAME DRESSING


Ingredients:

1 (150 g) can PUREFOODS CHICKEN IN BROTH, drained
4 pc kani sticks, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 pc small cucumber, deseeded and cut into matchstick pieces
1 pc ripe mango, deseeded and flesh cut into strips
4 cups assorted salad greens
1/4 cup store-bought sesame dressing

Procedure:

  1. Toss the ingredients together except sesame dressing. Chill. Drizzle with sesame dressing before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
