CHICKEN FINGERS


Ingredients:

1/2 (5pc) kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION BREAST FILLETS
1/2 cup store-bought barbecue marinade
1 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 (500 g) pack PUREFOODS CLASSIC HONEYCURED BACON
1/4 kg PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM, sliced as wide and as long as breast fillets
1 (185 g) pack MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, sliced thinly but as long and as wide as breast fillets

Procedure:

  1. Marinate chicken with barbecue marinade.
  2. Sprinkle flour on chopping board. Lay bacon strips Top with a slice of ham. Arrange chicken, cheese and ham on top. Roll tightly until ham is enclosed. Cut.
  3. Put on oven toaster and cook for 15 minutes or until pieces from chicken seem clear. Drain on paper towels.

Makes 5 servings.
