CHICKEN FINGERS WITH CHEEZEE DIP


Ingredients:

1/2 kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION BREASTS, deboned and cut into strips
2 tbsp calamansi juice
1/2 tsp iodized fine salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
3/4 cup DARI CREME CLASSIC
1/4 cup cooking oil

Dip

1/2 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE
2 tbsp honey

Procedure:

  1. Marinate chicken in calamansi juice and spices for at least 1 hour.
  2. Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip in eggs then coat with bread crumbs.
  3. In a frying pan, melt margarine with cooking oil. Fry breaded chicken until golden brown.
  4. Mix all dip ingredients well and serve with the chicken.
Makes 4-5 servings.
