CHEEZEE NACHORAP


Ingredients:

1 pc leek, sliced thinly
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 pc red bell pepper, diced
1 pc green bell pepper, diced
1 cup MONTEREY GROUND BEEF
1/2 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp iodized fine salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3 packs nacho chips
1 cup store-bought salsa
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE

Procedure:

  1. Sauté leeks and garlic in oil then add red and green bell peppers. Cook until fragrant.
  2. Add ground beef and sauté until cooked through. Season with cumin, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Arrange nacho chips on a platter. Top it with salsa and beef mixture. Drizzle with cheese on top.
Makes 5 servings.
