CHEEZEE MAC N' NUGGETS

Ingredients:

100	grams	macaroni, cooked according to package directions
2 (235 g) each	packs	MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE CHEDDAR
1 (200 g)	pack	PUREFOODS FUNSTUFF NUGGETS
1	cup	MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2	pc	MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, slightly beaten
1	cup	Japanese bread crumbs
2	cups	cooking oil

Procedure:

Place cooked macaroni in a bowl and mix with cheese.
Place about a tablespoonful of the macaroni mixture on a chicken nugget. Carefully dredge in flour then dip in eggs and coat with breadcrumbs.
Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve while still warm.

Makes 3 servings.

Tip/s:

To make homemade breadcrumbs, place torn slices of bread in a food processor or blender to crumb bread evenly.
