CHEEZEE & BURGER PANDESAL SLIDERS


Ingredients:

6 (228 g) pc store bought burger patties
1/4 cup cooking oil
12 pc pandesal, split
1 (120 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE CHEDDAR

Procedure:

  1. Divide each hamburger patty into two then reshape into small patties.
  2. Pan-fry in oil then drain on paper towels. Put each patty on the pandesal.
  3. Spread cheese spread over patty then top with other half of pandesal.

Makes 6 servings.

Tips:

  • Handle patties as little as possible and never press a burger during cooking. Heat causes the proteins in meat to contract and release moisture.
