CHEESY TUNA CALDERETA


Ingredients:

tuna in water
MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated
onion
garlic
1 small pouch tomato sauce
soy sauce
tamis-anghang catsup
vinegar
.5 can liver spread
salt and pepper

Procedure:

1. Marinate tuna in onion, garlic, tomato sauce, catsup. Add vinegar, soy sauce, salt & pepper according to taste. Set aside (preferably for 10-30 min.) 2. Saute marinated tuna in onion & garlic. 3. Add marinated mixture. 4. When it starts to boil, add liver spread & cheese. Let it boil for 5-min, stir occasionally to keep from sticking. 5. Serve. *onion & garlic for marinate & saute
