Cheesy Pan De Bacon

Procedure:

1. Pan-fry bacon until crisp. Set aside.

2. Slice pandesal into two.

3. Spread pineapple jam on split side of the bread and top with cheese, tomatoes and bacon.

4.Toast until cheese melts and bread turns golden.

The Philippines is one of the largest producers of pineapples, producing over 2 million metric tons annually.
