Cheesy Bell Pepper Cups

Procedure:

  1. Brush bell peppers with margarine and toast directly over stove top.
  2. Sauté onions, garlic, potato and carrot in remaining margarine until cooked. Add ground pork and sauté until cooked. Add liquid seasoning then further season with salt and pepper.
  3. To prepare bell pepper cups, fill each bell pepper half with pork mixture. Top with cheese.
  4. Toast cups until cheese melts. Serve hot.

Makes 8 servings.
