CHEESEDOG SURPRISE

Ingredients:

2	tbsp	MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER
1/4	cup	pork and beans
2	pc	hotdog rolls or loaf bread slices
2	pc	PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOGS CLASSIC, cooked according to package directions
1/4	cup	tomato ketchup (optional)

Cheese Sauce

2	tbsp	MAGNOLIA BUTTERCUP
1	tbsp	MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/2	cup	MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated
1/3	cup	MAGNOLIA FULL CREAM MILK
1/4	tsp	French mustard

Procedure:

Melt buttercup in a saucepan. Add flour.
Mix well then add cheese and milk.
Stir to cool until thick. Add mustard.

To assemble:

Butter bread and spread about 2 tablespoons of pork and beans on the bread.
Dip hotdog in prepared cheese sauce until well covered and put on top of the pork and beans.
Cover with more cheese sauce and the other half of the hotdog roll.
