CHEESE VIENNA DUMPLINGS


Ingredients:

2 cups grated MAGNOLIA CHEDDAR CHEESE
2 (230 g each) cans PUREFOODS VIENNA SAUSAGE , chopped
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS , beaten, reserve half for brushing
48 pc wonton wrappers
2 cups cooking oil

Procedure:

  1. Mix first the 5 ingredients for filling.
  2. Place 1 teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Brush sides of wrapper with reserved beaten egg and seal into a triangular shape.
  4. Deep-fry wonton in hot oil until golden brown.  Drain on paper towel.  Serve immediately.
Makes 48 pieces.
