CHEESE BUTTONS


Ingredients:

1 cup grated MAGNOLIA CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine grated cheese and flour in a mixing bowl. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until crumbly. Roll into small balls, about the size of marbles and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool and roll in confectioner’s sugar.
Makes 3 dozens.
