CHEESE BRUSCHETTA


Ingredients:

1/2 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED, softened
1 pc French bread, sliced into 12 to 15 pieces
1/2 (50 g) cup chopped mushrooms
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried basil
4 (160 g) pc tomatoes, chopped
2 (160 g eah) packs grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven or oven toaster to 350°F.
  2. Spread butter on top of the bread. Set aside.
  3. Combine mushrooms, breadcrumbs, garlic, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Spread on top of the bread. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with basil then top with tomatoes and cheese.
  4. Bake in the oven or oven toaster until cheese melts. Serve.

Makes 12-15 pieces.
