CHAO FAN


Ingredients:

1/2 cup STAR MARGARINE GARLIC
1 (100 g) pc white onion, sliced
1 (20 g) thumb ginger, grated
1 (50 g) pc red bell pepper, diced
1 (50 g) pc green bell pepper, diced
1/4 kg MONTEREY GROUND PORK
150 g shrimps, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
100 g frozen mixed vegetables
5 cups cooked rice
4 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG, cooked omelette style then chopped
1/2 tsp iodized fine salt
1/4 cup sesame oil

Procedure:

  1. Melt margarine and saute onion and ginger until onion is tender.
  2. Add bell peppers, pork and shrimps. Season with soy sauce. Cook until meat and shrimps are cooked through. Add frozen veggies and cook for a minute.
  3. Add rice, eggs, and sesame oil. Season with salt. Mix well. Seve hot.

Makes 7 servings.
