Caesar Salad With French Bread Croutons

Procedure:

French Bread Croutons:
Spread Dari Crème Classic on one side of French bread slices. Sprinkle with grated Magnolia Quickmelt cheese. Toast for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Remove from heat and set aside.

Dressing:
Combine garlic and anchovies in a bowl. Mash and blend well. Add mustard mayonnaise and Worcestershire. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Add cheddar cheese and season with pepper and hot sauce. Set aside.

Assembly:
Upon serving, toss lettuce greens in dressing. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with fried bacon. Garnish with French bread croutons.
