BUTTERED TAHONG


Ingredients:

soda (Sprite or 7Up)
water
salt
butter
garlic
1 bottle ketchup (spicy)
sili labuyo
Saltwater Mussel or Tahong

Procedure:

1. Pakuluan ang Tahong sa kaldero with few water and soda( Sprite or 7up), pagkatapos pakuluan ang tahong, bubuka na sya, alisin ang kabilang side ng tahong kung saan maiiwan ang kabilang side ng tahong kung saan sya nakadikit, itapon ang sabaw. 2. Kawali painitin sa minimum na apoy, tapos ilagay ang butter tumawin, then garlic pinuhin kasama ang siling labuyo pino, pag brownish na ang garlic, ilagay sa kawali ang saltwater mussel or tahong, haluin gamit ang sandok, takpan ang kawali ng mga 3 to 4 minutes, then lagyan ng ketsup spicy, haluin ng maigi till dumikit ang ketsup sa tahong. takpan uli ang kawali then wait 3 to 4 minutes. pwede rin lagyan ng cheese pagkaluto budburan... Finish.
