BUTTER PUTO - PUTO MIX


Ingredients:

6 cups MIX'N STEAM PUTO MIX
3-1/2 - 4 cups water
3/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER, melted

Procedure:

MIX Combine Puto Mix and water in a mixer bowl. Mix at low speed for about 3 minutes or until batter is smooth. Fold in melted butter. PAN Fill each small puto mould with about 25-gram ( ¾ full) batter, then top with cheese. STEAM Steam for 15 minutes Let cool before removing from mould. Yield: 65pcs small puto. NOTES : Batter weight may vary depending on size of puto mould. Steaming condition may vary depending on size of puto. Always steam puto in vigorously boiling water.
