Brandy – Laced Tomato Pasta Sauce


  1. In a sauce pan, melt butter and add oil. Sauté garlic and onions. Add brandy and simmer. Pour tomato sauce and chicken stock. Mix well. Add tomato paste, basil and cheese.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and pour into jars. Keep chilled until ready to use.
  3. Serve with cooked spaghetti and top with grated cheese.

Makes 3-4 servings.
