BOLOGNA AND SALAMI ANTIPASTI SANDWICH


Ingredients:

10 slices PUREFOODS PREMIUM COLD CUTS SALAMI
10 slices PUREFOODS PREMIUM COLD CUTS BOLOGNA
1 cup grated MAGNOLIA CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 cup roasted and chopped green bell peppers
1 cup roasted and chopped red bell peppers
8 slices tomatoes
4 pc ciabatta bread, split and slightly toasted
1 cup store-bought Italian dressing

Procedure:

  1. Place evenly the cold cuts, bell peppers, tomatoes and cheese into ciabatta breads.
  2. Drizzle Italian dressing and serve.
Makes 4 servings.
