BOLOGNA AND GRILLED ASPARAGUS SANDWICH


Ingredients:

1 (200 grams) pack PUREFOODS PREMIUM COLD CUTS BOLOGNA
4 pc large pandesal, split then toasted
12 pc grilled asparagus

Dressing

1 cup olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp dried thyme, chopped
1 tsp dried rosemary, chopped
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

  1. Whisk all dressing ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill.
  2. Divide bologna slices into 4 pieces of bread. Top with 3 pieces of asparagus each. Drizzle dressing over ham and asparagus.
Makes 4 servings.
