BLOODY SPAGHETTI


Ingredients:

1 tbsp DARI CREME
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup chopped onions
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp Spanish paprika
1 pack MONTEREY LUCBAN LONGANISA, casings removed & filling mashed
1/2 tsp iodized fine salt
1/4 cup tomato sauce
200 grams spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
1/2 cup grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE

Procedure:

  1. Heat Dari Creme margarine and olive oil in a small saucepan.
  2. Saute onions and garlic.
  3. Add paprika and longanisa. Mix well and cook for a few minutes over medium heat. 5. Add tomato sauce and season with salt. Cook, stirring for 2 minutes then remove from heat. 6. Pour sauce over cooked pasta. Top with grated cheese. Makes 4 servings.
