Preheat oven at 150C.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil. Place beef brisket on the lined tray then season with barbeque spice mix on all sides. Cover with another sheet of aluminum foil. Seal the edges making sure that the steam will be enclosed inside the pouch. Bake for 6 hours or until tender.
Remove foil cover and smother with barbecue sauce just before slicing.
Makes 12 servings.
