BEST FRUITS STRAWBERRY JAM MUFFINS


Ingredients:

1/3 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED, melted
3/4 cup MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG
1/2 tsp salt
1-1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp sugar
2 cups MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/4 cup strawberry jam

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 C / 400 F. Grease muffin pans. Set aside.
  2. Sift together the dry ingredients. Combine all liquid ingredients including melted butter. Add the liquids to the dry ingredients and mix just until all the flour is moistened. The batter will look lumpy.
  3. Fill muffin pans with batter mixture about 2/3 full. Strawberry jam on top and swirl. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Makes 20 mini muffins.
