BEEFY NACHOS


Ingredients:

2 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 kg MONTEREY SPICY BEEF TOPPING
1 cup MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SPREAD
3 tbsp MAGNOLIA FULL CREAM MILK
150 grams nachos

Salsa:

1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped green and red bell peppers
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

Procedure:

Heat oil in a pan. Saute beef until browned. Remove from heat and set aside. In a bowl, combine Cheezee with milk. Microwave on medium for 30 seconds and mix well. Set aside. Prepare salsa by combining all the ingredients together. To assemble: Arrange about 30 grams of nachos on a single serve plate. Top with 1/4 cup of beef, then with 2 tablespoons salsa. Finish with 3 tablespoons of cheese spread mixture. Serve immediately. Makes 5 servings.
