BEEF STEAK SANDWICH


Ingredients:

1 kg MONTEREY BEEF TAPA
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup prepared mustard
4 pc salad tomatoes, sliced
1 pc cucumber, sliced
1 pc white onion, sliced
rustic bread of choice

Garlic Mayo Dressing

2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley

Procedure:

  1. Fry beef tapa in hot oil until done. Cut into bite size pieces and set aside.
  2. Combine dressing ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
  3. To assemble: Place a generous amount of dressing in one side of the bread and mustard on the other. Place beef and slices of vegetables. Cover with other half of bread.
Makes 6-8 servings.
