BEEF FRIED RICE


Ingredients:

1/2 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 (30 g) pc onion
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 (100 g) pc carrot
1 (15 g) bundle green onions, chopped
2 (30 g each) stalks celery, chopped
1 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp iodized fine salt
8 cups cooked rice
6 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
1/4 kg MONTEREY GROUND BEEF
1 tsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. In a pan over medium heat, add half of the butter and oil. Sauté onion, half of garlic, carrot, green onions and celery. Season with half of the rice wine, soy sauce and salt.
  2. Add rice and mix well. Make a well in the center and add eggs. Let cook until almost set and then cramble. Mix well with rice mixture. Adjust salt to taste. Set aside
  3. Heat remaining butter and oil then sauté remaining garlic. Add ground beef. Season with the remaining rice wine, soy sauce, sugar and pepper. Cook until beef is cooked through. Top or mix with fried rice.

Makes 10 servings.
