BEEF BUNDLES WITH SAVORY CREAM CHEESE DIP


Ingredients:

1/4 kg MONTEREY BEEF SIRLOIN
1/4 cup store-bought teriyaki sauce
1 bundle asparagus, cut each into 2
1 pc red bell pepper, cut into thin strips

Dip

1 (180 g) bottle MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE SPREAD
3 tsp instant adobo mix (supermarket bought)
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK

Procedure:

  1. Cut sirloin into thin pieces. Marinate in teriyaki sauce for 1 hour. Set aside
  2. Blanch asparagus and red bell pepper.
  3. Wrap a piece of sirloin steak around a piece each of asparagus and red bell pepper then secure with a small skewer or toothpick.
  4. Fry or grill to brown meat. Serve with dip.
  5. Dip: Mix dip ingredients until smooth.
Makes 2-3 servings.
