BBQ PORK BALLS SANDWICH


Ingredients:

3 tbsp cooking oil
6 pc PHC fast n easy pork balls
1 pc mini baguette
3 tbsp bbq sauce (store bought)
15 g lettuce leaves (any variety)
1 tbsp green onions, chopped
2 tbsp MONTEREY CHICHARON, crushed

Procedure:

Heat the oil in a pan using medium flame. When oil is hot, fry the pork balls. Continue stirring and frying the pork balls for about 3-4 minutes. When done, set aside on a plate with paper towels to drain off excess oil. Spread the bbq sauce onto the inside of the sliced baguette. Arrange lettuce leaves, followed by the pork balls, then top with the spring onions and crushed chicharon. Serve immediately. Makes 1 serving.
