BAKED POTATO WITH BACON AND CHIVES


Ingredients:

4 pc medium-sized potatoes, quartered
2 tbsp STAR MARGARINE CLASSIC, melted
1 (200 g) pack PUREFOODS CLASSIC HONEYCURED BACON
1 cup grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE
1 cup chopped chives
1 cup sour cream

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Brush potatoes with melted margarine. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake for 1 hour.
  3. Pan-fry bacon until crisp and golden. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
  4. Make a slit on the baked potato then press sides towards the center to release the potato from its wrapper.
  5. Top with cheese, bacon and chives. Drizzle sour cream on top.

Makes 4 servings.
