BAKED EGGS AND HOTDOGS


Ingredients:

1 (100 g) bar DARI CREME CLASSIC
1 (30 g) pc onion
1/2 kg tomatoes, seeded and chopped
10 (5 g) pc basil leaves, chopped (1/4 cup)
10 pc PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOG CLASSIC
10 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
1/2 tsp iodized fine salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup grated MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat 1/4 cup margarine in a shallow pan. Cook onions until tender. Add tomatoes and basil and cook until very tender. Place mixture in a baking dish. Stir in hotdogs.
  3. Break eggs one at a time and arrange evenly on top. Season with salt and pepper. Dot on top with remaining margarine. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

Makes 5 servings.
