B.E.L.T. ( BACON, EGG, LETTUCE, AND TOMATO) SANDWICH


Ingredients:

100 grams PUREFOODS CLASSIC HONEYCURED BACON
4 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, hard-boiled, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1 tsp prepared mustard
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste
8 slices whole wheat bread
1 cup (75 g) torn lettuce leaves
1 pc (120 g) salad tomato, sliced

Procedure:

  1. Fry bacon in its own fat until crisp, drain excess oil and then crumble. Set aside.
  2. Mix eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add bacon.
  3. Spread filling on half of bread slices, then top with lettuce and tomato. Cover with remaining bread to make sandwiches.

  Makes 4 servings.
