ASIAN CONFUSION


Ingredients:

3 kg PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM

Glaze:

1 cup crushed pineapple
1 cup Chinese dates
1 large onion, minced
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp PRIMERA BRANDY
1 tsp hot sauce
1-1/2 cups sugar

Procedure:

  1. Combine all ingredients for glaze and boil for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour on ham and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 F.
  3. Garnish and serve.

Makes 30-45 servings.
